The country house is provided with a private tennis court and a swimming pool. Moreover the town of Fano (near towns as well), offers a lot of opportunities for sport lovers like soccer, wolleyball, baseball, athletics facilities, cycle and skate-roller lanes, gym, flight school, skydiving, sail, surf, ski, etc.
For nature lovers, long walks await for you through Marche hinterland with its hills, the umbro-marchigiano pennine chain, the excursions along paths, grottos, natural reserves and enchanting landscapes. |

You can't miss places like Fano, Urbino, San Marino,

Gradara, San Leo and Senigallia for their historical riches. They are medioeval towns that, during the summer, offer striking historical reconstruction, festivals and celebrations inside their beatiful ancient walls. |

If you want to enjoy a shopping day, you can choose between town boutiques or big shopping centers like Le Befane in Rimini.
